OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Emergency Management dated May 13, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and subsections 59A(a), 59C(1), (1A) and (2) of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Emergency Management to enter into an agreement for a public alerting system, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
