CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Gas and Electrical Rates (Public Corporations) Act. [Assented to March 31, 1954] Rev. Stat. c.130, new

section 12 1(1)

Section of The Gas and Electrical Rates (Public Corporations) Act is repealed and the following substituted therefor: Coming into force “12
