Order in Council 400/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario, to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities, the following is appointed as a member of the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission for a period of three years effective the date of this Order in Council:

Kenneth Geoffrey Topping

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 2443/2017, dated December 14, 2017, appointing Linda McAusland as a member of the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission is revoked.
