B.C. Reg. 148/2010 , deposited June 14, 2010, pursuant to the EMPLOYEE INVESTMENT ACT [Section 44]. Order in Council 338/2010, approved and ordered June 11, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 1, 2010,

section 23 of the Employee Investment Regulation, B.C. Reg. 341/97, is amended by striking out "Supreme Court Rules." and substituting "Supreme Court Civil Rules.".
