JEANNOT VOLPÉ 1 BILL Capital Appropriations Act 2005-2006 Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: There may be paid out of the Consolidated Fund a sum not exceeding in the whole $423,827,000 to be applied to- wards defraying the several capital charges and expenses of the public service, not otherwise provided for, from the first day of April, 2005 to the thirty-first day of March, 2006 as set forth in the

Schedule following, and such sum shall be paid and applied only in accordance with the votes set forth in the Capital Estimates for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2006 upon which document the Sched- ule is based.
