OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister in charge of the administration of the Heritage Property Act dated April 5, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act , hereby grants the application dated November 13, 2017, to substantially alter Girvan Bank - Runciman House, a registered provincial heritage property located at 478 St. George Street in Annapolis Royal, County of Annapolis, as recommended by the Advisory Council on Heritage Property.
