OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated August 26, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 6 and 68 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations, on behalf of Her Majesty in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to sign an arrangement with the Institute of Public Administration of Canada and the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, on terms generally as set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated August 26, 2008; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations to sign and formalize such other documents or arrangements as may be required to give effect to this Order.
