Order in Council 2392/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Subsection 10(1) of the Pesticides Act ,

Teri Yamada of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Pesticides Advisory Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective November 5, 2017 for a period not exceeding three years.

[Ms. Yamada’s appointment by Order in Council 1391/2014 will expire on November 4, 2017.]
