B.C. Reg. 183/2025 , deposited October 27, 2025, under the PUBLIC HEALTH ACT [sections 115, 118 and 121]. Order in Council 490/2025, approved and ordered October 27, 2025.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following regulations are amended as set out in the attached Schedule:

(

a) the Food Premises Regulation, B.C. Reg. 210/99;

(

b) the Information Regulation, B.C. Reg. 208/2010;

(

c) the Pool Regulation, B.C. Reg. 296/2010;

(

d) the Public Health Inspections and Orders Regulation, B.C. Reg. 52/2009.

Schedule

Food Premises Regulation

Section 2 (

d) of the Food Premises Regulation, B.C. Reg. 210/99, is amended by striking out " Fish Inspection Act " and substituting " Fish and Seafood Act ".

Section 5 is amended by striking out " B.C. Reg. 216/2006, ".

Section 10 is amended by striking out " , issued by a health officer, ".

Information Regulation

Section 2 (1) and (3) (

a) of the Information Regulation, B.C. Reg. 208/2010, is amended by striking out " Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development Canada " and substituting " Indigenous Services Canada ".

Section 3 (2) (g) (

i) is repealed and the following substituted:

(

i) is a society within the meaning of the Societies Act , .

Pool Regulation

Section 14 (

c) of the Pool Regulation, B.C. Reg. 296/2010, is repealed and the following substituted:

(

c) the following telephone numbers are displayed near the telephone:

(i) 9-1-1, if 9-1-1 emergency telephone service is available;

(ii) the telephone numbers of the nearest hospital, ambulance service, police department and fire department, if 9-1-1 emergency telephone service is not available.

Public Health Inspections and Orders Regulation

7 Sections 2 (3) and 3 (2) of the Public Health Inspections and Orders Regulation, B.C. Reg. 52/2009, are amended by striking out " 14th day " and substituting " fourteenth day ".

Schedule is amended by repealing Forms 5 and 6 and substituting the following:
