OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated January 11, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act , is pleased to: reappoint Paul Radford, Q.C., of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member and designate him as Chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, for a term of three years commencing February 15, 2022; and determine the compensation of the Chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission to be $96,673.58 per year (adjusted annually in accordance with any pay plan adjustments approved for non-bargaining civil servants for the 2021-22 and subsequent fiscal years), plus expenses.
