Order in Council 324/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 214/2016 the Lieutenant Governor in Council reappointed James Gordon Nelson of Waterloo as a member of the Ontario Parks Board of Directors for a period not exceeding three years commencing on February 10, 2016;

And

Whereas James Gordon Nelson wishes to resign his appointment as a member;

Pursuant to

Section 13 of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act and

Section 23 of the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006 , Order in Council 214/2016 is hereby revoked effective December 8, 2016.
