I, Bill Bennett, Minister of Community, Sport and Cultural Development, order that the following regulations are amended in the definition of “exemption period” by striking out “February 28, 2013;” and substituting “February 28, 2015;”:

b) Regional District of Central Okanagan Approval Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 37/2011;

(

(

d) Regional District of East Kootenay Approval Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 39/2011;

(

e) Fraser Valley Regional District Approval Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 40/2011;

(

f) Kootenay Boundary Regional District Approval Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 41/2011;

(

g) Regional District of North Okanagan Approval Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 42/2011;

(

h) Peace River Regional District Approval Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 43/2011;

(

(
