Order in Council 200/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 9 of Ontario Regulation 4/22 made under the Development Corporations Act , and effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered,

The chair of the board of directors of Intellectual Property Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $350 per diem.

The vice-chair of the board of directors of Intellectual Property Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $250 per diem.

The other members of the board of directors of Intellectual Property Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $200 per diem.

Appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of Intellectual Property Ontario in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other Treasury Board/Management Board of Cabinet directives.

And Order in Council O.C. 505/2022 is hereby revoked.
