Order in Council 194/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term ending May 28, 2018, effective July 26, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 1463/2017;

And

whereas Dawn Kershaw tendered her resignation effective January 24, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1463/2017 be revoked effective January 24, 2018.
