OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated January 14, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act, is pleased to, effective February 2, 2010: (
a) revoke the appointment of Gerald Hashey as Deputy Registrar of Credit, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2008-224; and (b)\x09appoint Dean Johnston and Mark Coffin as Deputy Registrars of Credit.
