OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 26, 1998, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve of the granting of an easement for the purpose of installing, maintaining and using transmission lines for the transmission of electricity and communications signals only with respect to certain Crown lands situate below the ordinary high water mark of the Avon River, Upper Falmouth, Hants County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Nova Scotia Power Incorporated, a body corporate with its head office at Halifax, Halifax County, for the consideration of $500.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
