Order in Council 723/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Maureen Helt of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 13, 2019.

Further,

whereas Maureen Helt was appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario by Order in Council O.C. 419/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 419/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
