Order in Council 1567/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 2(2) and 5(2) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 ,

Gail Beggs of Toronto

be reappointed as a member and redesignated as the Vice-Chair of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (the “Corporation”), to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective December 12, 2022.

And further , the Vice-Chair of the Corporation may exercise the powers and duties of the Chair of the Corporation where the Chair is absent or unable to act for any reason, or where the office of the Chair may be vacant.
