B.C. Reg. 70/2006, deposited March 31, 2006, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Sections 1 and 132]. Order in Council 199/2006, approved and ordered March 30, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Schedule 2 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended under the heading " Environmental Management Act "

(

a) in Column 2 opposite "section 6 (2)", by striking out "Introduce business waste" and substituting the following:

Introduce waste from a prescribed industry, trade or business ,

(

b) in Column 2 opposite "section 6 (3)", by striking out "Introduce waste of prescribed activity" and substituting the following:

Introduce waste by prescribed activity or operation , and

(

c) by adding the following entry under the heading "Waste Discharge Regulation, B.C. Reg. 320/2004:
