OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions dated July 24, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions entering into an agreement with Service New Brunswick, effective on or after September 10, 2024, to share the Applications to Agencies, Boards, and Commissions software code, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “1” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
