Chapter 511 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Youth Secretariat Act, is pleased, effective August 16, 1999, to assign the administration of the Youth Secretariat Act to the Honourable Rodney J. MacDonald, a Member of the Executive Council.
