(2005) Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated December 12, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 62A of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, as amended by

Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2005, the Financial Measures

(2005) Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pay all funds held in the former Public Debt Management Fund and Debt Retirement Fund into the newly established Public Debt Management Fund.
