OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated November 5, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act and all other authority in him vested, is pleased to, effective November 8, 2013: (

a) revoke the appointment of Elizabeth Cody as the deputy minister appointed from time to time as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2012-207 dated June 19, 2012; and (

b) appoint Margaret MacDonald as the deputy minister appointed from time to time as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation.
