OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 14, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Bonnie E. Whynot of R.R.#5 Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 90-92 dated January 23, 1990; and (
b) appoint Bonnie E. Economou of R.R.#5 Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits.
