OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 24, 2004, pursuant to Sections 16, 17 and 94 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Peter E. Darby as a member and designate him as Chair of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 28, 2004; (

b) reappoint Peter E. Darby as a member and designate him as Chair of the Construction Industry Panel for a term of three (3) years commencing April 28, 2004; and (

c) fix the remuneration of Peter E. Darby at a rate of $20,000.00 per annum, plus $300.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as Chair of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board or as Chair of the Construction Industry Panel, to the business of the Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
