OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated October 30, 2018, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) to issue a licence for approximately 243.9 sq. m (2,625.32 sq. ft) of Crown lands at Hubbards, Halifax County, shown outlined in bold and shaded in grey on the plan marked Appendix “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Susan Elizabeth Hayes for the purposes of access, a parking lot and a retaining wall (all of which have already been built) required for commercial use of PID 40021925, for a term to expire on the earlier occurrence of PID 40021925 no longer being used for commercial purposes or the property being sold; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
