Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated May 26, 2006, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) grant an easement over certain lands containing 638.82 square metres, more or less, situate at Halifax, in the County of Halifax, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) grant an easement to Halifax Regional Municipality, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute an Easement Agreement in such form as the Minister determines.
