Section 2 of
Chapter 312 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Notaries and Commissioners Act, is pleased, effective December 20, 2005, to appoint Judy Streatch, MLA, Chester-St. Margarets as a notary public for her term as a Member of the Legislative Assembly plus 90 days.
