CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Cancer Control Act (Assented to April 21, 1972) Rev. Stat. c. 260, new

section 15A The Cancer Control Act is amended by adding thereto immediately after

section thereof the following section: Establishment of trust fund for each clinic “15A(1) Subject to the approval of the Provincial Treasurer, the commission may establish for each clinic a trust fund for the purpose of receiving gifts, donations, bequests and grants of money made to the commission. “

(2) The administration of each trust fund, the making of disbursements therefrom and the investment of moneys deposited therein and other matters related thereto shall be governed by regulations made by the Treasury Board for that purpose. “
