OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 20, 2018, and pursuant to clauses 7(

d) and 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) granting easements at Little River Lake, Kings County, Nova Scotia, shown as the bolded lines on the plans marked

Schedule “A” and

Schedule “B”, which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, to Atlantic Star Forestry Ltd., or its successor or assign at no cost; and (

b) acquiring an easement at Little River Lake, Kings County, Nova Scotia, shown as the bolded line on the plan marked and

Schedule “C”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Atlantic Star Forestry Ltd., or its successor or assign at no cost; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
