Order in Council 1357/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1280/2021 dated September 23, 2021 that revoked D. Virginia Edwards of Toronto as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be amended by striking out “ Le décret 1513/2019 daté du 25 octobre 2019 ” in the French translation and substituting “ Le décret 810/2017 daté du 12 avril 2017 ”.
