OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business, dated January 30, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 12 of
Chapter 5 of the Statutes of 1994-95, the Innovation Corporation Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Chris Huskilson as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Innovation Corporation (Innovacorp), made by Order in Council 2018-223 and dated August 7, 2018, effective February 19, 2020.
