CHAPTER

An Act to repeal The District Court Act (Assented to June 17, 1980) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The District Court Repeal Act. Rev. Stat. c. D-32 repealed The District Court Act is repealed.
