DESIGNATION REGULATION NO. 5

I, Geoff Plant, Attorney General, designate members of the Conservation Officer Service as set out in

section 106 (2) of the Environmental Management Act , S.B.C. 2003, c. 53, as commissioners for taking affidavits for British Columbia for the purposes of exercising the powers and performing the duties of their office.
