OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated August 18, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Lynn Atton-Abbott of Porter's Lake, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 89-1475 dated December 10, 1989; and (
b) appoint Lynn M. Atton of Head Chezzetcook, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits.
