OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated April 20, 2004, pursuant to Sections 16, 17 and 94 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Edward M. MacNeil of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) and reappoint him as a member of the Construction Industry Panel, a division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 28, 2004; (

b) fix the remuneration of Edward M. MacNeil at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as a member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board or as a member of the Construction Industry Panel, to the business of the Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

c) reappoint James G. MacDonald of Sydney River, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) and as an alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, a division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 28, 2004; (

d) fix the remuneration of James G. MacDonald at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board, or as an alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, to the business of the Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

e) reappoint Dannie McDonald of South Bar, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, a division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 28, 2004; (

f) fix the remuneration of Dannie McDonald at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as an alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, to the business of the Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

g) reappoint Michael R. Tynes of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 28, 2004; (

h) fix the remuneration of Michael R. Tynes at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), to the business of the Board, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; and (

i) amend Order in Council 2004-183 dated April 16, 2004, to delete paragraph (

a) and replace it as follows: \x09 (

a) reappoint Bruce P. Archibald of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as member and Vice-Chair of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) and as member and Vice-Chair of the Construction Industry Panel, for a term of five (5) years, commencing April 28, 2004.
