Order in Council 383/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty the King in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve His Majesty's Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Samantha Poisson

be appointed Deputy Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, effective April 14, 2025, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.

And pursuant to subsection 3 (2) of the Ministry of Government Services Act ,

Samantha Poisson

be appointed as King’s Printer for Ontario, effective April 14, 2025, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term concurrent with her appointment as Deputy Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.

And further , that Order in Council O.C. 904/2024, dated June 26, 2024, be revoked effective April 14, 2025.
