1 The Community Organization Property Tax Exemption

Regulation (AR 281/98) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 15(

d) is repealed and the following is

substituted:

(

d) a program premises as defined in the Child Care Licensing

Regulation (AR 143/2008);

Section 16(1)(

a) is amended by striking out "in the taxation

year" and substituting "of the year preceding the taxation year".

ALBERTA SOFT WHEAT PRODUCERS MARKETING

AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 26 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act

and approved by the Agricultural Products Marketing Council on April 19, 2010.

1 The Alberta Soft Wheat Producers Marketing Regulation

(AR 34/99) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 4 is amended

(

a) by repealing subsections (2) and (3) and

substituting the following:

(2) Any dealer who collects a service charge shall, subject to

any directions given by the Commission, pay the amount of the

service charge to the Commission within 55 days from the last

day of the month in which the service charge was collected.

(3) A dealer who fails

(

a) to deduct a service charge in respect of regulated

product sold by or on behalf of a producer in

accordance with subsection (1), or

(

b) to pay the service charge to the Commission in

accordance with subsection (2),

is liable to the Commission for the amount of the service

charge.

(

b) by repealing subsection (4);

(

c) in subsection (5)(

d) by adding ", if appropriate" after

"number".

Section 19 is amended by striking out "or licence fees".

Section 23 is amended by striking out "May 31, 2010" and

substituting "May 31, 2015".

FEES AMENDMENT REGULATION

1 The Energy Resources Conservation Board

Administration Fees Regulation (AR 114/2008) is amended

by this Regulation.

Section 2(2) is amended by striking out "2009-10 fiscal year

is December 31, 2008" and substituting "2010-11 fiscal year is

December 31, 2009".

Section 3(2) is repealed and the following is substituted:

(2) For the 2010-11 fiscal year, the annual adjustment factor is

1.473230.

Section 4(2) is amended by striking out "0.053744" and

substituting "0.041600".

Section 5 is amended

(

a) in subsection (4) by striking out "1.772539" and

substituting "1.922220";

(

b) in subsection (5) by striking out "1.454550" and

substituting "2.883438";

(

c) in subsection (6) by striking out "1.465206" and

substituting "1.618293";

(

d) in subsection (7) by striking out "1.582236" and

substituting "1.154641";

e) in subsection (8) by striking out "4.648886" and
