Order in Council 1462/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Bryant Greenbaum was appointed a part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board, the Fire Safety Commission, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Ontario Civilian Police Commission and the Ontario Parole Board for a term of two years, effective January 29, 2016, by Orders in Council O.C. 117/2016, 118/2016, 119/2016, 120/2016 and 121/2016;

And

whereas Bryant Greenbaum tendered his resignation effective November 30, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act , subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act and subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Orders in Council O.C. 117/2016, 118/2016, 119/2016, 120/2016 and 121/2016 be revoked effective November 30, 2016.
