Order in Council 1757/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 41(1) and (4) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 ,

Michael Sherrard of Toronto

be appointed as part-time member and designated chair of the board of directors of Skilled Trades Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years.

Further, this Order in Council is effective the later of when subsections 41(1) and (4) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 are proclaimed into force or the date this Order in Council is made.
