OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General Minister of Justice dated April 23, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective September 25, 2015, authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to enter into a Project Funding Agreement for fiscal years 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018, between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding Nova Scotia’s Court Monitored Drug Treatment Program Demonstration Project in the form set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in a form of agreement to like form and effect.
