The portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Yesno, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as
part 1 on Ministry Plan P-3280-7, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 14 th day of August, 2017, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,
chapter P.50 as amended.
