Statute: Workers' Compensation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated November 26, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 184 and 184A of

Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased, effective on and after October 1, 2002, to: (

a) repeal the Workers' Compensation Supplementary Benefit Regulations approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-412 dated May 23, 1995; and (

b) amend the Workers' Compensation General Regulations made and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 96-59 dated January 31, 1996, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
