OIC Text: The Governor Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated December 19, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 32 of
Chapter 148 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Engineering Profession Act, is pleased to approve of amendments to the by-laws of the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia made and approved by a majority of over 2/3 of the valid ballots of members of the Association of Professional Engineers of the Province of Nova Scotia, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 15, 2008.
