section 25 of the E nvironmental Assessment Act, 2000,

the Lieutenant Governor in Council, upon the recommendation of the Minister of Environment, makes the following Order.

Permission to proceed

(

a) that Thundermin Resources Inc. and Queenston Mining Inc. abide by all commitments made in the Environmental Impact Statement dated August 6, 2001 and the addenda to that statement;

(

b) that Thundermin Resources Inc. and Queenston Mining Inc. submit an Environmental Protection Plan for approval by the Minister of Environment prior to the commencement of construction; and

(

c) that Thundermin Resources Inc. and Queenston Mining Inc. obtain and abide by the requirements of all licences, permits, approvals, certificates or other documents of authorization required by law.
