OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated July 21, 2020, and pursuant to subsection 20(4) of
Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act, is pleased, effective October 6, 2020, to: (
a) repeal the Timber Loan Board Regulations, N.S. Reg. 14/1965, made by the Minister of Lands and Forests and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council dated August 18, 1965; and (
b) make new regulations respecting the Timber Loan Board in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
