I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

a) B.C. Reg. 26/95 is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Schedule,

(

b) B.C. Reg. 329/2003 is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Schedule, and

(

c) B.C. Reg. 334/2004 is amended as set out in

section 3 of the attached Schedule,

(

d) B.C. Reg. 217/2005 is amended as set out in

section 4 of the attached Schedule, and

(

e) B.C. Reg. 259/2006 is amended as set out in

section 5 of the attached Schedule.
