Order in Council 1738/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 29(3) of the Public Service Pension Plan, set out in

Schedule 1, as amended, under the Public Service Pension Act , 1989,

Lynne Clark, of the City of Toronto

be re-appointed as a member of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the date this Order is made; And Order in Council 841/2019, dated May 30, 2019, is revoked effective the date this Order is made.
