OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated September 9, 2003, and the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated September 16, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, subsection 36(1) of

Chapter 302 of the said Revised Statutes, the Municipal Grants Act, and subsection 59C(2) of

Chapter 365 of the said Revised Statutes, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to approve of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations entering into a Memorandum of Agreement with Halifax Regional Municipality in respect to Halifax Harbour Solutions Project Support in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations.
