Section 37 of

Chapter 367 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Parks Act, is pleased to amend the Provincial Parks Regulations made by Order in Council 89-579 dated May 16, 1989, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after May 18, 2001.
